Spanning a total length of 27 kilometers and 290 meters of elevation difference, the cycling trail encompasses the center of Bibinje and its charming hinterland, featuring attractive sites spread across about ten points of interest. Among these, several significant churches, old well locations, and panoramic viewpoints stand out. Suitable for both professionals and cycling enthusiasts, as well as recreational riders, the new trail further enriches the range of activities and experiences for an active vacation in Bibinje.

The project for cycling route planning in the Municipality of Bibinje was initiated thanks to the Tourism Boards of the Municipality of Bibinje and Zadar County, which recognized the interest in developing tourism tailored to specific needs, in this case, cycle tourism. The importance of such tourism lies primarily in providing a framework for the development of pre- and post-season tourism as one of the municipality's major development interests.

The basic motivation is supported by existing geomorphological and climatic conditions, which offer almost year-round opportunities for outdoor activities, including cycling. With its resources and potential for cycling tourism development, the Municipality of Bibinje presents a serious competitor in the market. The cycling tourism development project aims to revitalize and utilize a large number of rural roads and local roads.

Taking into account natural resources, attractive sites, and the existing range of roads - from roads and wide firebreak roads to narrow paths of varying technical difficulty - a circular cycling route has been designed with the start and finish in the center of Bibinje.

The project is fully funded by the Tourism Board of the Municipality of Bibinje, the Municipality of Bibinje, and the Tourism Board of Zadar County.

Envisaged to include about ten interesting sites, the cycling route offers an opportunity for all guests to experience the untouched nature of the Bibinje region through an active vacation and to become acquainted with its numerous natural and cultural landmarks.
